Can I join the cohort if I haven’t joined a host agency yet?
Yes. This cohort is open to travel advisors who are already aligned with a host agency, those who are still deciding, and independent contractors who are not affiliated with a host.
If you are still exploring your options, this program can actually help you make a more informed decision about what structure makes the most sense for your business. The focus is on building a strong foundation, regardless of if you have a host or not.

How much time will I need to devote to this program?
On average, expect one hour per week for our live virtual session.
In addition, you’ll have optional trainings, informational guides, and resources that you can move through at your own pace.This cohort is designed for real life. Many of you are balancing families, other careers, or part-time schedules. The structure is intentional. Focused enough to move you forward, but flexible enough to fit into your current season.
Why is the cohort scheduled from June through November?
The timing is intentional.

Travel inquiries typically surge in January. By running the cohort from June through November, you have time to:

Organize your systems and workflows

Establish supplier relationships

Clarify your services and pricing

Begin marketing strategically
You will enter January prepared, not scrambling.
December should be a month of organization, restoration, and strategic planning. It’s a time to reset, refine, and prepare for the upcoming year with clarity.

What should I be doing in December to prepare for my business?
​
You will still have access to the cohort in December, although we will not hold formal structured trainings. This is included at not additional cost to you.
Instead, this month is designed for deeper implementation. I will be available for one-on-one conversations to:

Refine your business plan

Review your service structure

Audit your positioning
-
Map out your goals for the following year
This becomes your strategic setup month so you can enter the new year confidently.

How large is the group?
​
This cohort is intentionally small. No more than 10 people.
Every participant will have space to speak, ask questions, and receive meaningful feedback. The small size also allows real relationships to form. My goal is not just education, it is community.
The travel industry can feel isolating. I want you to leave with peers you trust, collaborate with, and grow alongside long after the six months are complete.
What if I can’t attend a live session?

All live calls and trainings will be recorded and available to you afterward.
While I encourage live participation whenever possible (because the conversations are often where the real growth happens) you will not fall behind if you miss a session.

When are the live calls scheduled?
Because this is an intentionally built and specialized group, scheduling will be determined based on what works best for participants.
